Machine Features

1.QLK1345C CNC pipe thread lathe is newly designed.The main drive is designed according to the rated frequency working range of the spindle servo motor. Full stepless speed regulation, wide speed range, not only meets the requirements of high-speed thread finishing, but also efficient cutting and low noise.
2.The machine bed is an integral structure, which greatly improves the rigidity of the machine tool. The guide rail surface of the bed is wide, and is super-audio quenched and precision grounded. The saddle rail is attached with YT soft belt to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine.
3.The integral gearbox spindle unit,big power spindle servo motor,full stepless speed regulation. The speed range is wide, which not only meets the requirements of thread finishing, but also achieves efficient cutting. The application of quenching precision grinding gears and high-quality bearings ensures low noise and good sound quality.
4.The headstock adopts a strong external circulation cooling lubrication system, which not only reduces the temperature rise of the spindle, but also effectively keeps the headstock clean and lubricated.
5.The X and Z axes adopt high-precision ball screw direct drive and lead screw prestressed tension structure. The nut hanger is an integral casting structure.
6.The large-size 4-station vertical electric tool holder enables the machine to have high processing efficiency and more effectively ensure the processing precision.
7. The main drive gear of the machine tool is manufactured by SMTCL; the protective sheet metal is designed independently and made of standard cold-rolled steel plate.
The machine is widely used in the petroleum industry for the processing of drill pipe,pipe joints, casings pipes and other parts, and can also be applied to the processing of various pipe threads in the chemical, coal, geological and other industries.

Machine’s Main Parts

1.Machine body
The width of the bed rail is 755mm, the material is HT300 high-strength gray cast iron; the super-audio quenching reaches HRC52 or above, and the roughness is up to Ra0.63 by high-precision guide rail grinding machine, which has high precision and wear resistance. The machine bed is an integral structure that greatly increases the rigidity of the machine.
2.Headstock
Integral gearbox spindle unit,big power spindle servo motor,full stepless speed regulation. The speed range is wide, which not only meets the requirements of thread finishing, but also achieves efficient cutting. The application of quenching precision grinding gears and high-quality bearings ensures low noise and good sound quality. The headstock uses a powerful external circulation cooling lubrication system, which not only reduces the temperature rise of the spindle, also effectively maintains the cleanliness and lubrication of the headstock.
3.Tailstock
The machine is equipped with a φ140 spindle and a Mohs 6 top tailstock.
4.CNC Tool Holder
Adopt the YTUM four-station vertical electric tool holder AK21300X4C. It has the characteristics of high precision, stable rotation and simple operation.
5.Double-axis feed
Both the X and Z axes adopt high-precision ball screw direct drive and lead screw prestressed tension structure, which adopts precision ball screw bearing positioning and support; Z-axis screw nut hanger is an integral casting structure.
