Light duty gantry type CNC drilling machine is mainly used for drilling, sinking, chamfering and tapping of rectangular pipes, plates, structural parts, molds, auto parts and other structural parts.
1.The base is a structural part, running stably, with high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. The bed base is a steel structure, which is processed after removing the internal stress by artificial aging treatment, and has good static and static rigidity and no deformation. Gantry beams, columns and work table adopt HT250 cast iron casting process, after the artificial aging heat treatment, the worktable has the t-shaped groove with reasonable finishing layout, which is convenient for clamping the workpiece.
2.The drilling head adopts a high-precision absolute value servo spindle motor, which drives the mechanical spindle through a toothed synchronous belt to realize stepless speed change.
3.All three axes are driven by high-quality servo motors and precision ball screws. This machine equipped with automatic lubrication device, The guide rails, screws, racks and other sports pairs are automatically lubricated for easy maintenance.
4.The key parts of machine are supplied by famous manufacturers at home and abroad to ensure the machine is reliable and stable. Under special circumstances, relevant accessories can be configured according to user requirements. The machine can be equipped with an optional magazine tool to realize the automatic tool changing function in all machining procedures.
