(1)This CNC pipe threading lathe is a new-designed.It’s main drive is designed according to the working frequency range of the spindle servo motor. Stepless speed regulation, wide range of speed regulation, not only to meet the requirements of high-speed thread finishing, but also efficient cutting, low noise.
(2)The body of this machine is an integral structure, which greatly improves the rigidity of the machine tool.The width size of the bed surface is 755mm, and through the super audio quenching and precision grinding, bed saddle rail YT soft belt, to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine
(3)Integral gear box type spindle unit, high power spindle servo motor, stepless speed regulation. Wide range of speed regulation, not only to meet the requirements of high-speed thread finishing, but also to achieve efficient cutting.Quenched and precision grinding gear, high quality bearings, to ensure the machine low noise, good sound quality.
(4)The spindle box uses the strong external circulation cooling lubrication, not only reduces the temperature of spindle,but also keeps the cleanness and lubrication of spindle box.
(5)X, Z axis adopt high precision ball screw direct drive and screw pre stress tensioning structure, nut rack for the overall structure.
(6)The super large size four position electric tool holder makes the machine tool have high processing efficiency, and can effectively guarantee the precision of the inner hole thread of the precise turning.

Machine’s Main Parts
(1)Machine body
The width of body rail is 750mm,material is HT300.Ultrasonic frequency quenching is achieve to HRC52.The roughness is Ra0.63 after grinded by high-precision grinding machine.It has high-precision and abrasion performance. The machine body is an integral structure, which greatly improves the rigidity of machine tool.
(2)Headstock
Integral gear box type spindle unit, high power spindle servo motor, stepless speed regulation. Wide range of speed regulation, not only to meet the requirements of high-speed thread finishing, but also to achieve efficient cutting.Quenched and precision grinding gear, high quality bearings, to ensure the machine low noise, good sound quality.
The headstock uses the strong external circulation cooling lubrication, not only reduces the temperature of spindle,but also keeps the cleanness and lubrication of headstock.
(3)Tailstock
This machine tool is standard withφ140 tailstock spindle. Mohs 6# top.
(4)CNC Turret
Adopts (AK21300X4C) CNC vertical tool holder which produced by Yantai Global Machinery accessories. It has the characteristics of high precision, smooth rotation, simple operation and so on.
(5)Double-axis feed
Both X axis and Z axis adopt high precision ball screw direct drive and lead screw prestress tension structure. Precision ball screw bearings are used for positioning and supporting; the Z axis screw nut rack is an integral casting structure.
